This qualification is intended for those who work with individuals to identify and agree their individual learning aims and programmes, supporting them in one of the following ways: Mentoring in the workplace; supporting and advising them; and, monitoring and reviewing their progress. To achieve the full certificate, candidates must achieve three mandatory units plus one optional unit from a group of three.
