Overview

This qualification provides individuals with the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of a wide range of administrative roles including finance and personnel.

It is intended for those who are working, or are preparing for work, in an administrative or secretarial role which demands a high level of personal autonomy.

Candidates will develop skills in the areas of: organisation and management of communications, organisation and administration of business events, meetings and trips; contributing to financial planning and the provision of personnel; supervision and development of staff.
