Overview

OCR Certificates in Enterprise (Young Enterprise)

These qualifications have an accreditation end date of 31 August 2010.

These qualifications relate to Young Enterprise's Company and Team Programmes, which introduce students to core aspects of business and enterprise skill and knowledge, the above Certificates accredit candidates' achievements at Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework.

The Entry Level 3 qualification is made up of four units. The Level 1 and 2 qualifications are made up of two units. All units can be entered individually or in any combination.

To achieve the full qualification at Entry Level 3 candidates must pass all four units. Units 1 and 2 are assessed using OCR-set questions marked by OCR and administered by the centre at a time of its choosing. Units 3 and 4 are centre assessed and externally moderated by OCR.

To achieve the full qualification at Levels 1 and 2 candidates must pass both units. Unit 1 is centre-assessed and externally moderated by OCR. Unit 2 is assessed by a written examination held once a year every March.

The OCR Entry Level Certificate in Enterprise (Young Enterprise Team Programme) Entry 3 is aimed at those participating in the Young Enterprise Team Programme.

The OCR Level 1 Certificate in Enterprise (Young Enterprise) is aimed at those participating in both Young Enterprise Team and Company Programmes.

The OCR Level 2 Certificate in Enterprise (Young Enterprise) is aimed at those participating in the Young Enterprise Company Programme.
