Overview

The OCR Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care provides candidates with a high quality, industry-recognised award. It is a vocationally-related qualification that provides valuable opportunities for individuals to develop and gain underpinning knowledge and understanding which will support entry into the health and social care sector. It supports the achievement of key knowledge areas and relates to the national occupational standards thereby providing an ideal progression to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) once individuals are in suitable employment.

The certificate is also accepted and approved as a Technical Certificate on the Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Framework.
