Overview

Ready Steady Work aims to give learners the confidence, skills, knowledge and understanding to enter or return to the workplace.

This qualification is aimed at:

• Young people, aged 14-19 in full time education.
• Students following vocational training programmes.
• Adult returners seeking to re-enter the workplace.

Benefits

• Aimed at equipping learners with employability skills.
• Flexible structure, allowing for personalised approach for learners.
• Centres are able to contextualise units to their chosen vocational area.
• This qualification is to be accredited on to the Qualifications Credit Framework with Entry Level and Level one included in the Foundation Learning Tier.
