There are four easy ways to secure a place on our training courses.
You can place your order online by completing the online booking form.
If you would like to order via post please complete the training booking form. The form can also be found at the back of the training booklets.
Your completed form should then be sent to:

If you would like to order by fax please complete the booking form and fax it to 024 7649 6399.
Unfortunately, we cannot take telephone and provisional bookings.
Once we have received your booking we will write to you to confirm your booking status at least two weeks before a course and provide you with a venue map. If you have not received a letter within two weeks of the course, please contact us for a re-issue.

There are three easy ways to pay for your course.
Your centre will be invoiced to the Finance or Exams Officer. However, if your invoice needs to be marked for an alternative individual you will need to complete a printed booking form. (PDF, 1.2 Mb)
Your completion and submission of this booking form is taken as your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please complete all sections. We will write to you regarding your booking status no later than 14 days before the course date.
Bookings generally close seven days before the course date. If you book late and are accepted onto the course a surcharge of £35 will be incurred. No refund will be given if a late booking is cancelled.
