Before you start your task we’ll make sure you’re fully trained. We complete most of our training online, but in some cases, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face session. We’ll make sure you know about the training in good time so you can be prepared.
Once you’ve been trained we’ll ask you to take part in a standardisation activity. This is a vital part of the assessment process to make sure everybody applies the standard accurately and consistently.
We’ll support you through the assessment period to make sure you have all the guidance you need. You’ll be able to contact a supervisor if you have any queries about the task, and we have a dedicated help desk for our assessment specialists.
