GCSE Economics reform survey - Prize Draw
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of OCR and Cambridge Assessment.
No purchase is necessary.
All those completing the OCR GCSE Economics Survey by
23.00 on Sunday 7 February 2016
will be automatically entered into the prize draw, as long as they provided an email address and indicated that they would like to be entered for the prize draw.
If you would like to enter the prize draw without providing an email address please write your name, address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and send it to Elisabeth Ring, Maths and Technical Team, OCR, 9 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1GE.
Only one entry per person will be accepted, the person entering must be doing so on behalf of their centre and not as an individual, and entry is restricted to UK centres only.
The email addresses supplied will not be used for any purpose other than the prize draw.
All entries must be received by
23.00 on Sunday 7 February 2016
to be eligible.
The two winners will be the first two entries drawn at random from all those received by the deadline on Sunday 7 February 2016. The entries will be drawn by an independent person and will take place on 9 February 2016. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The two winners will then be contacted before 14 February 2016.
The prizes are two £50 Amazon vouchers. Each entrant will only be eligible to win one voucher.
OCR reserves the right to select an alternative winner (or winners) should the drawn entry (or entries) prove invalid for any reason or should the winner(s) not respond to contact by Sunday 21 February 2016.
The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
The winner's name will be available from the OCR offices for a period of 3 weeks from 9 February 2016. Please send a SAE to Elisabeth Ring, Maths and Technical Team, OCR, 9 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1GE requesting the winner's name.
OCR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winner or any third party.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering the prize draw.
