Prize draw terms and conditions
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of OCR and Cambridge Assessment.
All those completing the OCR Level 3 FSMQ: Additional Maths (6993) survey by 23.00 on Friday 10 November 2017 will be automatically entered into the prize draw, as long as they provided an email address, indicating they would like to be entered for the prize draw.
Only one entry per person will be accepted, the person entering must be doing so on behalf of their centre and not as an individual, and entry is restricted to UK centres only.
The email addresses supplied will not be used for any purpose other than the prize draw.
All entries must be received by
23.00 on Friday 10 November 2017
to be eligible.
The winners will be the first six entries drawn at random from all those received by the deadline on Friday 10 November 2017. The entries will be drawn by an independent person and will take place on Monday 13 November. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The five winners will then be contacted before 20 November 2017.
The prizes are six £25 Amazon vouchers. Each entrant will only be eligible to win one voucher.
OCR reserves the right to select an alternative winner (or winners) should the drawn entry (or entries) prove invalid for any reason or should the winner(s) not respond to contact by 20 November 2017.
The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
The winner's name will be available from the OCR offices for a period of 3 weeks from Monday 13 November.
OCR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winners or any third party.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering the prize draw.
