A Level Politics survey - competition prize draw

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of OCR and Cambridge Assessment.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. All those completing the OCR questionnaire on A Level Politics by 11pm on 30 November 2015 will be automatically entered into the prize draw, as long as they provided an email address and indicated that they would like to be entered for the prize draw.
  4. If you would like to enter the prize draw without providing an email address please write your name, address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and send it to Communications Department, OCR, Progress House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JQ.
  5. Only one entry per person will be accepted, the person entering must be doing so on behalf of their centre and not as an individual, and entry is restricted to UK centres only.
  6. The email addresses supplied will not be used for any purpose other than the prize draw, and/or further research.
  7. All entries must be received by 11pm on 30 November 2015 to be eligible.
  8. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all those received by 11pm on 30 November. The entry will be drawn by an independent person and will take place on 7 December 2015. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The winner will then be contacted before 30 December 2015.
  10. The prize is a £50 Amazon voucher.
  11. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity for OCR or Cambridge Assessment .
  12. OCR reserves the right to select an alternative winner should the drawn entry prove invalid for any reason or should the winner not respond to contact by 30 January 2016.
  13. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
  14. The winner's name will be available from the OCR offices for a period of 2 weeks from 7 December 2015. Please send a SAE to Communications Department, OCR, Progress House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JQ requesting the winner's name.
  15. OCR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winner or any third party.
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  17. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering the prize draw.
