Withdrawing claims

Cambridge Technicals

Cambridge Technicals (2012 suite)

Following a visit, you may decide to withdraw the work from a claim and resubmit at a later stage when further work has been completed.

In this situation, the claim will be withdrawn by the visiting moderator and you must arrange for the work to be assessed and internally standardised before submitting for external moderation at your next moderation visit.

If you prefer, you may request an additional moderation visit (although a visit fee may apply). You do not need to make new entries.

Cambridge Technicals (2016 suite)

It is not possible to withdraw claims for the 2016 suite unless there is an admin error (or a catastrophic misunderstanding of the requirements).

However, it is possible to re-submit a previously moderated and awarded unit at a later date without charge to improve a candidate's grade.
