Completing the certification forms

The forms contain the details of all students with a Cambridge Technicals qualification entry (registration) made between 1 September 2021 and 27 March 2023. Students who have achieved their qualification (certificated) before 15 November 2022 will not be included.

You must complete the interactive forms electronically – please do not print and scan them.

To complete the forms, tell us the students who are:

  • Certificating in summer 2023 – Tick the ‘Certification’ box for all students expecting to complete their Cambridge Technicals qualification in summer 2023.
  • No longer studying – Tick the ‘Delete reg’ box if the student has left your centre or is no longer studying the qualification and you want us to delete the qualification entry (registration). Do not use this option for students completing their course after summer 2023, or for students topping-up or moving down qualifications.

You can choose to rename your completed forms, but they must remain as PDF documents. If you choose to rename your forms, file names cannot be longer than 50 characters.

When you have completed the form, please save a copy for your records.

Do not tick either box for students who are part-way through their course and expecting to certificate after summer 2023 (‘mid-flight learners’). If this applies to all students on your form, please still submit your form.
