Extension of Business Administration, Customer Service and Management and Leadership qualifications

The following qualifications have been extended for a further 12 month period until 31 August 2018. You do not need to take any action and can continue to deliver this suite to your learners.

Withdrawal of Business Administration, Customer Service and Management and Leadership qualifications

Following a review of our qualification offer in the light of changes to market demand, OCR has made the difficult decision to withdraw the Business Administration, Customer Service and Management and Leadership stand-alone qualifications listed below.

We will continue to support and assess these qualifications up to the final certification date.

Further details about alternative qualifications that may be suitable for your candidates, and the arrangements for final entries and final certification, will be available in a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ document that will be added to each of the qualification webpages in May.
