If you teach someone who has demonstrated 'progression and excellence' in their vocational studies and achieved a recognised vocational qualification between 1 May 2007 and 1 May 2012, did you know you could nominate them for a VQ Learner of the Year Award? But act fast as the deadline for nominations is Friday 18 May 2012.
The VQ Learner of the Year Award is an opportunity for colleges, schools and work-based providers to celebrate the achievements of vocational learners of any age across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
VQ Day this year will take place on 20 June 2012 when the English winners will receive their awards at a ceremony in London. Separate events will be organised for different parts of the UK.
