New Apprenticeship frameworks in Customer Service were launched on 1 September 2014. If you wish to enrol new apprenticeship candidates on apprenticeship qualifications in Customer Service, they must be enrolled on the new qualifications:
You can use OCR for all the components which are necessary to complete an Apprenticeship framework, including transferable skills. These can be used with our own knowledge and competence components, or alongside other industry area specialist qualifications.
