This form must be submitted to OCR before you begin teaching the History Around Us component to ensure that the chosen historic site is suitable. This form only needs to be submitted once by each centre. We will use your site submission for the lifetime of the specification or until you inform us of a change of site.
If you do change your site, you must inform us by completing this form. Failure to do so may result in maladministration procedures.
