CPD course • Course reference: JWGGAH02
Now that you’ve had a chance to reflect on your students’ performance in the summer exam series, this event will offer detailed and constructive feedback into where learners struggled and how you can better support future cohorts. The event complements our examiners’ reports and exemplar materials, and will give delegates the chance to discuss specific misconceptions or issues, as well as areas where students performed well. The session will also cover other assessment-related resources and support available from OCR. The aim of this course is to provide clear feedback on components 01 (Our Natural World), component 02 (People and Society) for the summer series 2019. The feedback will identify what examiners were looking for as well as good practice by candidates. A range of candidate exemplars will illustrate how examiners mark geographical skills, case study, level marked and fieldwork questions. There will be lots oftips throughout the webinar to support teachers in preparing their next cohort of students.
This evening twilight session is £99 and will be conducted via VOIP, so participants will need access to a set of headphones that can be plugged into their PC. There will be an opportunity to participate via text chat and put forward questions and comments for discussion. Confirmation details and information on how to log on will be forwarded to you prior to the event.
