This qualification is for those working in a Leadership role within the Health and Social Care sector in England. The qualification is open to learners aged 19+ without prior learning or achievement of other qualifications. It is best suited to those who are already working in a management role working with adults in a residential care home or care setting; or those that are responsible for planning services, measuring performance and delivering continuous improvement in care services.
