You can enter teacher assessed grades directly into the system.
The progress counter at the top left shows the number of candidates who have been given a teacher assessed grade, and the total number of candidates for that unit.
To see all the candidates who have been given a certain grade, click on the grade at the top of the page.
When you have entered all the teacher assessed grades for a unit, click the ‘Check for errors’ button. The system will highlight any errors such as missing grades.
If this happens, you must correct the errors before you can send the unit for approval.
If you need to change a teacher assessed grade before you send it for approval, click on the new grade. The old grade will be removed, and the new grade will be added.
If you do not have enough evidence to provide a teacher assessed grade for a candidate or you do not wish to submit a teacher assessed grade for them, you can put an ‘X’ in the grade column. They will not be issued with a result.
If this applies to a large number of these candidates, you can click the 'Set list as complete' button. All the remaining candidates' grades will be set to X to show they have no grades to submit. You will be able to review the grades before you send to your Head of Centre for approval.
You can now send this qualification to your Head of centre for approval.
