As head of centre, when you log in to the Grade Submission System, you will see the dashboard, showing units that you have entries for. You can choose a qualification type to see a list or search for a specific unit.
You will need to approve and submit each unit. We recommend you do this as the units become available to submit rather than waiting until they are all available.
When a unit is available for you to approve and submit to OCR, you can click ‘View and approve’ to the right of the unit. You will then see the teacher assessed grades for that unit for you to check.
If the teacher assessed grades are not correct, click ‘Send back for a further review’. You will need to let the member of staff who sent them know they need to be amended.
If the teacher assessed grades are correct, click ‘Approve’ in the top right-hand corner and the head of centre declaration will pop up.
Tick the checkbox and click on ‘Submit’ to submit your teacher assessed grades to OCR. You cannot amend your teacher assessed grades for this unit once you have done this.
You will still be able to access the system to view and download the teacher assessed grades you have submitted once the submission window is closed.
