You can submit one unit at a time for approval. You should check your teacher assessed grades carefully as you cannot change them after your Head of Centre submits them.
Click the ‘Send for approval’ button.
Once you have sent the teacher assessed grades for approval, you should let your Head of Centre know you have done this. The Head of Centre will need to log in to view and approve each unit submission. If your Head of Centre is not set up on the system, you cannot submit grades for approval. (See Managing user accounts.)
Once your Head of Centre has approved and submitted the teacher assessed grades for a unit, you cannot make any changes within the system. However, you will still be able to access the system once the submission window is closed to view and download your teacher assessed grades.
