Mental Toughness describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. We have a number of units within our Life and Living Skills suite that can help develop these personal skills that are measured using the Mental Toughness assessment.
We are pleased to be able to offer our centres access to AQR’s Mental Toughness testing service at a reduced rate.
Our Employability suite, redeveloped for 2015, has even more practical features to give learners at all levels, the skills, know-how and confidence to help them enter, return or progress in the workplace or go on to further education.
Digital Employability, available September 2015, will ensure learners are equipped with the transferable knowledge required to interact with different digital devices and data in the workplace.
Life and Living Skills offers a personalised and flexible learning programme that covers a range of personal, life, social and pre-employability skills with certification as they go.

Personal Life Skills complements Life and Living Skills helping students develop the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to manage life and future opportunities. This qualification was developed in conjunction with the PHSE Association it provides an accredited route for learners up to level 2.
