The Skills Funding Agency (SfA) continues to review all currently funded qualifications to ensure that government expectations are met. These criteria include minimum size, take-up by learners, recognition by centres and employers and a clearly written purpose statement.
OCR is working with the SfA on a regular basis to submit our qualifications against these new criteria to ensure that they remain fundable in 2015/16. The list of SfA funded qualifications can be located on the SfA website and is updated quarterly.
Can you provide recognition of our qualifications?
Recognition of our qualifications by centres helps to support our current submissions to the SfA and future submissions to the Department of Education (DfE). If you would like to provide recognition of our qualifications please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have any queries please contact email@example.com
This does not affect any qualifications in 2014/15.
Vocational Education is not just about results, it's about educating people in the knowledge and skills required for employment and for the community as a whole. It's also about developing the behaviours and attributes to progress and succeed in education and in work.
We work closely with employers, FE Colleges and training providers, so with all our experience let’s pull together to create self-confident individuals and help them build a brighter future, improving their employability and lifetime skills.
At OCR, we offer a great range of qualifications that support a wide range of programmes from learners at the early stage of Entry Level achievement through to Higher Apprenticeships and Level 7 qualifications.
Below are links to qualification pages that explain more about what the Vocational Education and Skills suite of qualifications has to offer.
Teaching and learning resources can be found on the qualification pages.
