    This qualification recognises the skills and competences of candidates who undertake Health and Social Care activities at Level 4, working with Children or Young People. Candidates may be working without direct supervision or on their own, such as in service users’ own home. Candidates will have responsibility and autonomy, and will be required to make decisions within agreed boundaries and limits.
