Important Information
With effect from 1 September 2010 this qualification is available for certification only. OCR has launched new QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework) qualifications to replace the existing NVQ qualifications.
Update to units

The Management level 4 qualification is aimed at individuals with more personal responsibility and autonomy in their management role than at level 3, who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills.
