This qualification is about working in a retail environment. You will find it appropriate if you are already competent in a significant variety of retail work activities. This pathway is in the area of visual merchandising but other pathways are also available in sales professional and management. To achieve the full award, candidates must complete six units including one mandatory unit and five optional units.
