All certification claims for new QCF qualifications must now be made online via Interchange.The old paper-based system is no longer available for these qualifications. View the step-by-step claims guides.

Please note - the Business Enterprise Levels 2 and 3 Awards and Understanding Business Enterprise Activities Levels 1–3 Awards are legacy qualifications and must be claimed via the paper-based system.
