The Skills Funding Agency (SfA) continues to review all qualifications it funds, to ensure that all publicly funded qualifications meet government’s expectations, including minimum size, take-up of learners, recognition by centres and employers and a clearly written purpose statement.
OCR are working with the SfA to submit these qualifications against these new criteria to ensure they remain fundable in 15-16. The list of SfA funded qualifications can be located on the SfA website and is updated quarterly.

The Management level 3 qualification is broadly aimed at those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team across all occupations and sectors of employment. Candidates should have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership, recruitment, planning and implementing change, managing a budget, managing a project, marketing and customer service.
