Speak to your teacher or exams officer first if you aren't happy with your results. They can advise you on all options. Requests for OCR to review your results can only be done through your school or college. For more information, look at our Results FAQs.
Customer contact centre
Results release opening times - The Customer contact centre will be open to take calls from 7.00am to 5.30pm on both the restricted and candidate results release dates (13 and 14 August for A Level; 20 and 21 August for GCSE).
Standard opening times - For support and information on our products and services please send us an email, or call between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
