Help finding your qualification/documents

All documents related to a qualification can be found using the steps below.

STEP 1 - Navigate to the Qualification page

In the left-hand menu click Qualifications. You can now search for your qualification by clicking one of these three links:

STEP 2 - Find All documents for this Qualification

Having found the page for your qualification eg AS/A Level GCE Media Studies click the All documents link in the right-hand menu, or the View all documents link below Popular documents (see Fig. 1 below). Both links are the same and will display a list of all available document categories for this qualification.

STEP 3 - Find the document you want

All available document categories for this qualification are displayed under the All documents heading (see Fig. 2). Clicking on the document categories will then scroll the page down to where the documents are displayed.

STEP 3 - Download the document you want

Most documents related to a qualification are saved in PDF format. However there are also Word, Excel, Zip and other document types available for some qualifications.

Click on the document display title to view the document (see Fig. 3). If the document is a PDF or Word document then it will either open in your web browser or you may be prompted to Open or Save the document.

Note: If you wish to save completed interactive coursework forms, Adobe Reader version 8 is required. Download Adobe Reader version 8 from the Adobe website.

STEP 4 - The quick search method

Alternatively you may find it easier to use the quick search method. The quick search method utilises the search box situated in the top right of all pages on the OCR website.

You can enter a search term such as Media Studies and this will show results for pages and documents.
