Entries allow us to personalise key documents with candidates’ details, allocate moderators to centres and exam scripts to examiners, send you question papers and supply candidates with results so they’re a key part of the assessment cycle.

The Level 3 Certificate in Sustainability is a unitised qualification:

• At the start of the course you need to register your students. 
• When they are ready for assessment, you make examined unit entries and NEA unit entries for the relevant series. 
• At the end of the course, you make a certification entry in the final series to let us know the student requires a qualification result.

The Level 3 Awards in Oracy and Personal Finance are linear qualifications consisting of one component. This means that a single qualification entry is made at the end of the course. There is no need to register students or make a certification entry.

The entry codes booklet for general qualifications contains the codes and rules of combination together with assessment availability for each series.

All our entry fees are provided in the fees list. Please check this document carefully to ensure you don’t incur late entry fees.

Invoices will be sent (normally via email) to your accounts contact once you have made your entries.
