Entries allow us to personalise key documents with candidates’ details, allocate moderators to centres and exam scripts to examiners, send you question papers and supply candidates with results so they’re a key part of the assessment cycle.
All the key dates and deadlines are provided in the key dates section.
For general qualifications, entries must be made by the relevant deadlines.
It’s important we get your entries on time but if you’re having unexpected problems, please get in touch and we’ll look at what support we can provide.
The entry codes booklet for general qualifications contains all the codes and rules of combination together with assessment availability for each series.
All our entry fees are provided in the fees list. Please check this document carefully to ensure you don’t incur late entry fees.
Invoices will be sent (normally via email) to your accounts contact once you have made your entries.
To query an invoice, please forward a copy of the invoice and supporting documentation to email@example.com, quoting your centre number and invoice number.
A single entry is made at the end of the course. The qualification may be made up of a number of examination papers and/or internal assessment.
Both unit and certification entries must be made, but 100% of the assessment is taken at the end of the course. This includes reformed AS and A Level History and Further Mathematics.
