Description
Exploring the NEA: develop your understanding of the internally assessed NEA components
Our ‘Exploring’ events focus more on practice and application: providing you with opportunities to work through past series’ materials, including candidate exemplars. Lead by Principal Moderators, our ‘Exploring the NEA’ course is designed to support you in understanding how and why a range of exemplars secured the marks they did, empowering you to apply this knowledge to your own teaching and delivery.
What
the course aims to do:
• Offer a detailed exploration of past candidate work to help inform and shape teaching, marking and moderation practice for future NEA series.
How
the course will fulfil those aims:

• Receive an in-depth understanding of the assessment expectations, marking criteria and outcomes from past NEA series.
• Practice marking real candidate work and receive guidance on how and why candidates secured a range of marks
