  • Withdrawal of qualification – last certification date update

    These qualifications are closed for entries, but we have extended the last certification date. The final date for certification is now 30 September 2022 to allow sufficient time for centres and students to complete assessment that has been impacted by disruption caused by the pandemic.

  • Adapted assessment (2021/22)

    During this challenging period, there may be some changes made to assessments to enable remote delivery/assessment and this is referred to as an adapted assessment. Guidance on permitted adaptations is available on our support centre.

This qualification recognises the skills and competences of candidates in the workplace. The qualification is for practitioners who work directly with clients, disseminating information, advice and some level of guidance. Candidates will be working with information that is often interpreted by others, usually working within some clear guidelines.
