OCR holds historical records for a number of exam boards, a list of which can be found on the GOV.UK website. If you're not sure which examination board your exams were taken with, please contact your school or college for advice.
If you’re not sure who holds your certificate of secondary education (CSE) records, take a look at this document:
We recommend you contact the exams officer at your school or college to see if they have the original certificate. Schools and colleges are required to retain certificates for a period of 12 months after they are issued.
For general qualifications, such as GCSEs, we are required to show all passing grades obtained with our board in a given series on the certifying statement of results. This is to make sure the documents we issue accurately reflect the information which would have appeared on the original certificate.
