Find an open test centre
If your school or college is not already registered as a centre, you need to find an authorised open test centre where you can take the test.
Use the search function below to find your nearest open test centre. Click on the centre name or the pin on the map to view the centre address and contact details.
These centres are approved to offer STEP but you will need to check with them whether they will accept you as a candidate.

Candidates in China can only take STEP at a British Council centre. Please contact the British Council in China for further details.
