You must make sure the estimated completion date is correct for all students who need results to progress to HE or FE institutions. You use the Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker to check and amend your estimated completion dates:
Log into the Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker. You can either do this by logging into My Cambridge at sso.cambridge.org and clicking on the ‘Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker’ tile or by going directly to the Progress Tracker at https://cambridgetechnicalstracker.cambridgeassessment.org.uk/
Use the ‘Filter by’ panel on the left-hand side of the screen:
Tip: If you want to target a specific cohort, you can narrow the results further by using the 'Registration Period' filter – this filter is based on when the students were first entered (registered) for the subject and level.
If you offer both Level 2 and Level 3, you will need to repeat these steps for each level.
All students expecting a result this year must have an estimated completion date of 'Summer 2026'. Check:
If any changes are required, ask your exams officer to change a student’s estimated completion date to the correct year.
If a student has completely left the course and does not have any pending unit results, your exams officer may wish to withdraw the student.
If you have many students to amend, you can use the bulk date change button. Please note, by using the 'select all’ check box you will be amending all students from your filtered list, including those on subsequent pages.
When using this feature, we recommend you download a copy of your current estimated completion dates before making changes by clicking 'Download (.csv)'.
When you have updated any estimated completion dates, tell your subject teacher(s) so they can confirm on the Tracker that all estimated completion dates are correct for their subject as part of the estimated completion declaration.
