When all students are correctly showing with the correct estimated completion date, you need to submit the estimated completion date declaration. This is the term-time checkpoint and must be completed between 1 March and 30 April.
Log into the Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker. You can either do this by logging into My Cambridge at sso.cambridge.org and clicking on the ‘Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker’ tile or by going directly to the Progress Tracker at https://cambridgetechnicalstracker.cambridgeassessment.org.uk/
From 1 March, the checkpoint declaration will become available to view. Click 'View Checkpoint status'.
Teachers can click the check box for a subject and save to confirm that the subject and level has been checked.
Teachers then need to let the exams officer know when this is complete for their subject.
When all subjects have been checked, the 'Submit' button will be active and the status will show as 'Ready to Submit'.
If not all subjects have been checked, the 'Submit' button will not be active – the status will show as 'Not started' or 'In progress'.
When all the subjects have been checked, the exams officer will be able to submit the declaration to Cambridge OCR by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.
The message on the home page of the Progress Tracker will change to say the declaration has been submitted. This completes the term-time checkpoint.
Please keep your students’ estimated completion dates up to date. You do not need to let us know if you make changes to students’ estimated completion dates after you have submitted the declaration.
