All reviews must be submitted via Interchange. You need either the Centre Administrator (GQ) or Post Result Full Access (GQ) role to access the relevant areas.

When your review is complete, you will receive an email to let you know when a new outcome is available to view on Interchange:
If you have requested a Service 3 review of moderation, only candidates who have been affected after the review will be listed in this section.
If you requested a copy of the script, this will be uploaded to Interchange within ten working days.
If you didn't request a copy of the reviewed script as part of your service 1, service 2 or priority service 2 review, but you are unhappy with the outcome, you can still email our post-results team to make a request: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You’ll need to provide your centre number, plus the candidate and unit number/component details for the script you're requesting.
The script will be made available via Interchange within ten working days.
Following a service 2 review, the script you request will contain annotations added by the examiner (service 1 reviews involve a clerical check rather than a review by an examiner). To find out more about these, see our script annotation page.
The outcomes of individual units or components will be added to Interchange as soon as they’re available. The overall qualification result will not be updated until all the unit/component outcomes are available.
Reviews of marking must be submitted by the above deadlines.

Reviews of marking and moderation must be submitted within three months of the receipt of results (see the key dates).

For Certificates of Professional Competence (CPC) case study units (05689 and 05678) and Level 4 Certificate in Management Consulting, please request this at the same time as you submit your review.
The outcome of each review will be confirmed by email.
Where a grade changes and a certificate has already been issued, a replacement will be issued showing the revised grade once the centre returns the original to OCR.
