  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of OCR and Cambridge Assessment.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. All participants that complete the survey and choose to be included in the prize draw before 1pm on Tuesday 28 March will be automatically entered into the prize draw, as long as they provided an email address and indicated that they would like to be entered.
  4. Only one entry per person will be accepted, the person entering must be doing so on behalf of their centre and not as an individual, and entry is restricted to UK centres only.
  5. The email addresses supplied will not be used for any purpose other than the prize draw, unless indicated otherwise.
  6. All entries must be received by 1pm on Tuesday 28 March 2017 to be eligible.
  7. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all those received by the deadline above. The entry will be drawn by an independent person and will take place on Wednesday 29 March 2017. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The winner will then be contacted before close of play on Friday 31 March 2017.
  9. The prize is one £25 Amazon voucher.
  10. OCR reserves the right to select an alternative winner (or winners) should the drawn entry (or entries) prove invalid for any reason or should the winner(s) not respond to contact by Friday 7 April 2017.
  11. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
  12. The winner's name will be available from the OCR offices for a period of 3 weeks from Wednesday 29 March 2017. Please send a SAE to Jonathan Ryder, Digital Improvement Team, OCR, 9 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1GE requesting the winner's name.
  13. OCR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winner or any third party.
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  15. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering the prize draw.
