Thinking of teaching OCR qualifications?

  • Candidate authentication statement (DOCX, 45KB)
  • Centre authentication form (DOCX, 43KB)
  • June 2017 candidate exemplars available
  • Entry Level Certificates are intended to be accessible and relevant. These qualifications are flexible in their structure so that they can be used in a variety of ways with many different types of learner.

Who might use Entry Level Certificates?

    • Learners who may find it difficult to access GCSE qualifications
    • Learners on taster courses
    • Learners with learning difficulties
    • Adult returners.

These qualifications are designed so that they can be co-taught with new GCSE (9-1) qualifications. We've specifically tried to ensure through our development process that these qualifications can be taught alongside GCSEs offered by any awarding body.
