Use the missing and incomplete results (MIR) service if an individual result for a candidate is missing or the candidate is missing from the results.
You may request an investigation into a candidate’s results where you think one of the following result indicators has been incorrectly applied:

To submit a request, log in to Interchange and hover over ‘Post-results’ in the left hand menu. Click on ‘Missing and incomplete results’ and follow the on-screen instructions. This service is free of charge.
