My Cambridge is a 'single sign-on' service, which allows you to access a number of services provided by Cambridge OCR and Cambridge University Press and Assessment using one set of login details. You can access the services directly or via links on the My Cambridge 'landing page' at sso.cambridge.org.

For Cambridge OCR, the services currently available via My Cambridge are: 

• Access to Scripts – a free on-demand service for exams officers to download candidates' exam scripts once results have been released. Take a look at our step-by-step instructions.
• Active Results – a free online results analysis service for general qualifications, Cambridge Advanced Nationals and Cambridge Nationals. See our dedicated page.
• Cambridge OCR Train – free online training courses for teachers covering all aspects of internal assessment for qualifications with a moderated component or unit, including examples and marking exercises. Courses cover GCSEs, A Levels, Cambridge Technicals and Cambridge Nationals and are also accessible via Teach Cambridge.
• Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker – use this service to track the progress of students’ Cambridge Technicals unit achievements and identify whether they are eligible to receive their full qualification award before results are released. See our dedicated page.
• Digital File Despatch – use this service to download electronic question papers on the day of the exam. See our dedicated page.
• Interchange – use this service to complete day-to-day administrative functions, eg make entries and claims, submit internal assessment marks, view results and assessor reports, and submit post-results service requests. See our dedicated page.
• Moderation Service – use this service to submit visit requests and marks for Cambridge Advanced Nationals and the Level 3 Certificate in Sustainability. See our dedicated page.
• PE Moderation Service – use this service to submit visit arrangement details for the Cambridge OCR PE practical activities. See our dedicated page.
• Repository – our secure portal that allows you to upload and submit candidate work for AS and A Level Music, A Level Drama and Theatre, GCSE Drama and the GCSE English Spoken Language endorsement so that assessors can access it. See our dedicated page.
• Submit for Assessment – a digital submission service for uploading and submitting candidate work – currently available for our general qualifications and Cambridge Nationals. Take a look at our step-by-step instructions.
• Teach Cambridge – a personalised and secure website providing teachers with access to all the support and resources they need for their subjects – see the Teach Cambridge page for details.

Access to My Cambridge within schools and colleges is managed by exams officers.

Exams officers can set up accounts for members of staff and manage which services they can access by following the instructions below.

You first need to set up My Cambridge by activating your account:

1. Go to the My Cambridge web site at sso.cambridge.org – Click the ‘Forgotten password’ link and enter the email address registered with the NCN. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you don't receive an email please contact us.
   
2. Set a new password – Click the ‘Reset my password’ link in the email and set a password. When the new password has been set you’ll see a link to sign in. 
3. Sign in – Use the password you’ve just created. 

To manage your account, click on ‘Account’ in the left-hand menu and select one of the options:

• Select ‘Personal info’ to edit your name, password or email address. You can add more than one email address to your account. 
• If you want to be able to log in using Facebook or Google, select ‘Connected accounts’ and then click ‘Connect’ as relevant. 

Once you’ve logged into My Cambridge, if you have the user management role, you can add users to your organisation (your school or college). To do this, select ‘Organisation’ on the left-hand side of the page and click ‘Users’.

If you can’t see the ‘Organisation’ menu item and you're the exams officer within your centre, please contact us so we can set this up for you. 

Click the ‘Add users(s)’ button and complete the details for each user then click ‘Save user’. This will send an email to them:

• If they are new to My Cambridge, they will receive a message to say you have created an account for them, inviting them to sign in. 
• If they already have a My Cambridge account, they will receive an invitation to join your organisation. 

Once logged in, users will see the My Cambridge home page with 'tiles' for each of the available services. If a link doesn't work, they may not have the permission to access that particular service.

Users can create their own My Cambridge accounts but until they’re invited to join an organisation and given the relevant user roles, they won’t be able to access any of the Cambridge OCR services.

These are the user roles you can set up for Cambridge OCR services:

• User management – this role allows users to invite and manage access for other members of staff within your school or college.
• Exams Officer – this role allows access to Access to Scripts, Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker, the Moderation Service, the PE Moderation Service and Teach Cambridge.
• Teacher – this role allows access to the Moderation Service, Teach Cambridge and the Cambridge Technicals Progress Tracker.
• Submit for Assessment: Exams Officer and Submit for Assessment: Teacher – these roles can access Submit for Assessment.
• PE Submissions: Access – this role allows users to access the PE Moderation Service.
• Interchange user – users need this role to access Interchange; however, specific Interchange access is managed within Interchange itself. See the Interchange web page for more details.
  

You can add roles when you add a user to your organisation. If you need to amend any roles for a user, click the ‘View’ link on the ‘Users’ page, update the check boxes and then click ‘Save changes’.

Please be aware you can't amend your own user roles.
