The ‘Centre Administrator’ on Interchange (usually your exams officer) will automatically be set up as the ‘Centre Admin’ on our grade submission system. As well as being able to enter centre assessment grades and rank orders, they can set up additional users, such as teachers, who can also enter centre assessment grades and rank orders.
The head of centre will be automatically set up within the system. The head of centre is responsible for reviewing and approving centre assessment grades and rank orders before submitting them to us. They will also need to complete a declaration. The centre admin can also update the head of centre details.
