For our enrichment qualifications, once you’ve submitted your students’ total marks (number of criteria achieved), you’ll receive a notification your sample is available to view on the Cambridge OCR Moderation Service. The sample request will be for six students per unit (or all students if there are few than six entered).

At least three days before your virtual or face-face moderation visit, you’ll need to upload your samples of work, using Submit for Assessment.

To support you with this, we’ve provided a summary of the submission requirements for each of our enrichment qualifications.

Level 3 Award in Oracy H055 (from September 2026)

Submit the candidate evidence and forms listed below:

Unit F219: Speaking with confidence through discussion and presentation

For all students in the cohort – Upload to the component level area of Submit for Assessment.

• Recording documents showing the criteria level marks achieved

You can use the Cambridge OCR unit recording sheet (URS) – available from the Oracy Assessment > Forms section of Teach Cambridge from 1 June 2026 – or your own centre-devised recording document(s).

For each student in the sample – Upload to the candidate evidence area of Submit for Assessment:

• Candidate work for the Cambridge OCR-set assignment
• Video recording for Task 1 (.3gp, .m4v, .mov, .mp4)
• Teacher observation record forms for Tasks 1 and 2
• Video recording of the Task 2 presentation (.3gp, .m4v, .mov, .mp4)
• Written or oral reflection for Task 2 – if students choose an oral reflection, this can be submitted as:
  • audio (.aac, .m4a, .mp3, .wav, .oog), or
  • video (.3gp, .m4v, .mov, .mp4)

Set assignments are available from the Oracy Assessment > NEA/Coursework > Assignments and projects section of Teach Cambridge.

These additional forms for Oracy are to be completed and retained in centre: 

• Centre authentication form 
• Candidate authentication statement – centre can use own alternative 
• Set-assignment feedback form for reattempts and resubmissions – centre can use own alternative
