A Level Law

The sample assessment material for A Level Law: The legal system and criminal law (H415/01) has been amended. The updated question paper and mark scheme can be found within the 'Assessment' section of the qualification page. The following changes were made:

Question paper

• Question 5 – the names Donald and Peter have been swapped.

Mark scheme

• Pages 10 and 11 – the marking criteria for question 5 have been amended to reflect the names being swapped.
• Page 17 – the marking criteria for question 8 have been amended, and section referring to Paula taking money from Omar's wallet has been removed.
