Using software applications for planning projects

We would like to inform you about the 'free to use' software applications/tools students may want to use for the planning and designing stages of their projects.

We're aware these types software may unintentionally share students' work on the internet. We understand this differs from software with registered ‘pay to use’ accounts, where users’ content is not typically shared online.

We’d like to remind teachers that ‘you must make sure students are aware of the requirement to keep their work secure, not share with other students and keep their passwords secure’ – please refer to section 6.2 of our Cambridge Nationals specifications:

Please be aware, the publication of students’ planning documentation on the internet, intentionally or otherwise, may prompt a malpractice investigation.
