Updated documentation for Unit R066

We have made amendments to various documents to add clarity and support teaching and learning.

• We have updated the guidance around observing both practical and profession pitches in the set assignment. The amendments are marked by a vertical black line.
• A practice pitch feedback form has been developed and is now included in the set assignment.
• We have updated the format of the unit recording sheet for this unit to make it more user-friendly. Please note no changes have been made to the content.
