Witness statements for Health and Social Care
Our Cambridge Nationals qualifications require evidence to be provided. We expect the majority of evidence provided to be produced directly by the learner. However, sometimes it would be impractical for the learner to produce the evidence themselves, and in this case indirect evidence, such as witness statements, can be used.
Ideally, witness statements would support the direct evidence produced by the learner. They should be impartial, and free from bias. In all cases the witness will have to declare their relationship with the learner. More information about witness statements can be found within the relevant specification.
