For the Level 3 Cambridge Technical in Business (2016), we have made minor changes to the layout of the resource booklet for Unit 15: Change management. This booklet is provided as an insert to the question paper.

Previously, this resource booklet had five numbered pages, with pages 2 and 3 spread across an oversized sheet, ie longer than an A3 landscape width. 

We’re now printing the resource booklet on four pages, as an A3 folded sheet:

• Page 1 is the front cover.
• Pages 2 and 3 show Resource 1 – the text is shown in two separate columns on pages 2 and 3, and the board meeting image is spread across the two pages.
• Page 4 shows Resource 2 – this is also the back cover.

To support students with Resource 1, we’ve added the instruction, ‘Read the text across pages 2 and 3 before reviewing the board meeting image.’

Students will see the new resource booklet layout in the January 2026 exams onwards.

To reflect the layout change, we're updating the sample resource booklet for Unit 15. We'll provide a link to this as soon as it’s available.

There are no changes to the assessment for this unit.
